SJ is a twice-exceptional (autistic + gifted) strategist specialising in organisational clarity, operational redesign, and ND-informed system intelligence. SJ's mind is wired for precision, pattern recognition, and seeing the structural problems that sit beneath surface-level symptoms.

As the founder of Little Red Notebook, an autistic-led consulting studio, SJ helps executives and organisations move beyond inclusion into coherent, high-performing operating systems.
