You are invited to take a seat at The Captain's Table.

You built something real. The structure underneath it should protect you and grow it beyond you.

A six-month table for neurodivergent founders who want the structure underneath the business to match the way they actually think.

Begins 21 May 2026. Bookings open now. Intake closes 14 May 2026.

You are the engine. Every meaningful decision runs through you, every new direction starts in your head, and most of what holds the business together lives in a part of your thinking no one else can see.

That is why it works. It is also why the structure needs attention now rather than later.

The Captain's Table is where the structure gets built. Deliberately, across six months, with other ND founders doing the same work, so the business grows beyond you without costing you what it is currently costing you to run it.

What the Table is built to protect

Two things at once. The business itself, which has value, momentum, and a shape specific to you, and which most standard founder advice quietly makes less yours every time you apply it. And the founder, whose cognitive output the business depends on, and whose compensating hours are quietly deciding what the business can become. A business that is structurally designed to match how its founder actually thinks grows further and costs less to run. That is the whole argument.

The shape most ND founders are working inside

Some of this will describe where you are now. Some of it will describe where you are heading if the structure stays as it is. Both are worth naming.

The business runs on your peak cognitive hours, and the rest of the week fills in around them. That is sustainable for a while. It also caps what the business can grow into.

Directional decisions are being made under load. Hiring, pricing, new lines of work. There is no structural read available before the decision is taken, only a debrief after it goes wrong.

Your team, if you have one, is working around you rather than with you. They cannot see how you think, so they build workflows that assume a different kind of founder.

You have tried the usual founder supports. Coaching, masterminds, productivity systems. None of them worked on the structure underneath the business, which is where the actual decisions are being made from.

What The Captain's Table is

A table is where people sit down to work on something together. The Captain's Table is exactly that. Peers with command of their own businesses, sitting down to work on what they are actually running. Once a month, a small group of ND founders meet online with SJ for two hours and work on real material: live business decisions, current structural pressure, what is moving and what is stuck.

The work is done through the Catalyst Compass, a structural framework built across four decades of reading complex human systems and refined specifically for ND cognitive architecture. It reads the structure underneath a situation so that the next decision can be made from architecture rather than from overload.

Every member builds their own Operating Map across the six months. By the end of the arc, it is a functional reference you can use as the business grows. Two individual structural reviews with SJ are also built in, at the midpoint and in the final month.

What six months at The Captain's Table builds

A business that grows beyond your current cognitive load. The Table maps where the business is depending on your peak hours and where the structure can be redesigned so the business holds itself between them.

Directional decisions made from architecture, not adrenaline. Hiring, pricing, strategic direction, new offers. The Table provides a structural read, live, while the decision is still open.

Clarity about what is actually building the business and what is quietly draining it. A structural read of your business model against your actual capacity. What to protect, what to prune, what is paying you in money and costing you in ways the numbers do not show.

A leadership operating system your team can work inside. Your Operating Map makes how you actually lead visible and transferable.

Two individual structural reviews with SJ. Midpoint and final month. A direct read of where your architecture is holding, where it is under pressure, and what to adjust.

A table of other ND founders running real businesses. People who recognise the terrain without needing it explained. No hot seats. No performance of vulnerability. The material gets worked, not translated.

A structure that protects you as the business grows. The business carries more. You carry less. The structure holds the difference.

Who runs The Captain's Table

SJ Greaves is the founder of Little Red Notebook and the architect of the Catalyst Compass. Four decades of reading complex human systems from the inside, long enough to see how organisations form, how they break, and how they are rebuilt. Twice exceptional. Autistic and highly gifted. The framework did not come from a textbook. It came from reading structural patterns across real organisations until the architecture underneath them became legible.

SJ is often brought in by CEOs, boards, and founders when the performance problem is not a performance problem. When it is structural and needs someone who can read the architecture underneath. The Captain's Table is where that practice is applied to ND-led businesses, directly, across six months, with the same rigour SJ applies at every other level of their work.

How The Captain's Table runs

Entirely online. Members join from anywhere.

One 2-hour live session per month. Six sessions across the six-month arc. Two 1-hour individual structural reviews with SJ. A structured space between sessions for reflection, case submission, and the ongoing development of your Operating Map.

Fifteen members per Table. Composed deliberately to remove professional conflict of interest and hold depth. A confidentiality protocol and case submission guide are delivered at intake.

Investment

$500 per month. Six-month minimum. $3,000 total.

Billed monthly. Membership begins when the Captain's Table opens on 21 May 2026 and runs through to the final integration session in November 2026.

Your seat is waiting

The Captain's Table begins 21 May 2026 and runs through to November 2026. Bookings are open now. Intake closes 14 May 2026 to allow time for Table composition and onboarding.

A short intake conversation precedes each membership to check fit, composition, and that the Table holds what it is designed to hold.
