Ninety minutes for one strategic topic, read structurally.

You bring something you are working through. A decision you are sitting with, a pattern that keeps reappearing, a governance question that will not resolve, a team dynamic that does not respond to good intentions. We spend ninety minutes beneath the surface of it, looking at the structure that is producing what you are seeing.

Most leaders already know the obvious answer to whatever they are carrying. The reason it has not resolved is usually that the obvious answer is rarely the structural one. This session exists to make the structural answer visible. From there, the next move tends to become clear without much prompting.

What happens in the session

The work opens with the topic as you frame it. It then moves into the architecture underneath: where load is concentrated, where coherence has come apart, what the current design is quietly producing, and what a more honest design would have to look like. The ninety minutes give the conversation enough room to follow the structure wherever it leads, rather than cutting the diagnosis short. The session is diagnostic, not advisory. You leave with sight of the structure, which is almost always what was missing.

Who this is for

Senior leaders, founders, and board members working through something that has not yielded to ordinary thinking. People who already sense that the presenting issue is not the actual issue. Particularly suited to those operating in complex governance, regulated, or human-services environments, where structural drift carries real consequence.

What you bring

One topic, framed in a few sentences ahead of the session. That is all the preparation required.

Format and fee

Ninety minutes. Held online.

Conducted by SJ, founder of Little Red Notebook. The work is held by a 2e cognitive profile that reads structure before content.
