Return & Refund Policy – The Career Success Bundle

At Little Red Notebook, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, tailored service. Because this is a professional service rather than a physical product, our return and refund policy reflects the time and expertise invested in each project.

1. Non-Refundable Once Work Commences

Once we have begun work on your resume, interview or related materials, the service becomes non-refundable.

This includes initial drafts, research, or consultations.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you cancel your booking before we begin work, you may request a full refund.

To cancel, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Revisions and Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with The Career Success Bundle, we provide up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost, provided the feedback is received within 14 days of delivery.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

Resume Plus and Interview Plus are designed to improve your chances of securing interviews.

While many of our clients go on to secure roles, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers.

5. Organisational Packages

For organisational outplacement services, a separate agreement will outline cancellation and refund terms. Generally, once participant work has begun, services are non-refundable.
